Gaddafi: I handed the people full authority since 1977! NTC is illegitimate!

Sept 20, 2011 (TSR) – Gaddafi via Arrai gave an official statement to again correct the media lies and disinformation that is being propagated by USA, France, UK and NATO.

Gaddafi, the Founding Father of Libyan Arab Jamahiriya gave all authority to the people Libya since 1977 in front of the world and the people.
